Penna’s career coaches are specialized in supporting people to develop either within their current role or seeking new ways of fulfilling their potential internally or externally. This can entail finding a new job (internally and/or externally) and/or creating a personal development plan for the short and long term.

Our coaching programmes are as varied as the people and situations we deal with. We ground our approach on always adapting the coaching to the individuals’ needs and desires.
